How To Install Roblox On Chromebook: Solved Troubleshooting Problems


Before you start playing Roblox on your Chromebook, make sure both Chrome OS and the Google Play Store are turned on in your device’s settings, as it uses the Android version of our Mobile App. Bluetooth mice and other Bluetooth pointing devices do not operate with the Roblox App.

Troubleshooting in General

Close and reopen the app

  • In the upper right corner of your Chromebook’s Chrome browser, click the menu button, which looks like three lines.
  • In the pop-up menu, select More Tools.
  • Go to Task Manager and choose it.
  • Choose the process or application you want to end and click End Process in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Note: If this is an application that your Chromebook considers vital, a pop-up on the bottom right of the screen will encourage you to restart the app.

Restart Your Computer

  • After that, click your account photo. Turn off after you’ve signed out.
  • Press the power button to turn your device back on after it has been powered down for 30 seconds.
  • Restart the app.
  • Install the app again.
  • Click the Launcher icon, then All Apps to find the app you wish to uninstall.
  • Remove the app icon from Chrome by right-clicking it and selecting Remove from Chrome.
  • Remove the item from the confirmation window.
  • Check to see that the date and time are correct.
  • Then, from the taskbar’s status area, select Settings.
  • Click Show advanced settings at the bottom of the Settings page.
  • Change the following settings in the Date and Time section of the Settings page:
